The Red Notebook — Episode 13: (The Stranger)

Yuri followed her father from a distance.

She didn't know where he was going.

She only knew she couldn't let him disappear again.

Her father turned into a quiet street and stopped beside an old building.

Yuri hid behind a wall.

He looked around carefully before entering.

A few seconds later, Yuri followed.

The building was almost empty.

There was a narrow hallway with several locked doors.

Then Yuri noticed something on the floor.

A small piece of paper.

She picked it up.

There was only one word written on it:

HAN.

Yuri's heart sank.

She quickly looked toward the door her father had entered.

It was slightly open.

She stepped closer.

Voices came from inside.

Her father's voice.

And another voice.

A woman's.

Yuri couldn't hear everything.

Then she heard one sentence clearly:

“She has the notebook.”

Yuri froze.

They were talking about her.

She slowly stepped backward.

The floor creaked.

The voices stopped.

Yuri's breath caught.

The door began to open.

She ran.

She didn't stop until she reached the end of the street.

Her phone suddenly buzzed.

Unknown Number.

This time, there was no warning.

Only a photograph.

Yuri opened it.

It was a picture of her father sitting in the café.

But someone else was visible in the reflection of the window.

A woman.

Yuri stared at the screen.

She recognized her.

The woman from the café.

Then another message appeared:

“You finally noticed her.”

Yuri's hands went cold.

A final message appeared beneath it.

“Now ask yourself why Mrs. Han was meeting your father.”
